Fifteen minutes, one target. Bring the phrase, the exercise or the audition cut that needs attention now. Leave with the fix and what to practise next.
Built for One Thing
A full lesson moves through warm-up, technique and repertoire. A Micro Lesson puts fifteen minutes of intense focus on a single aspect of your technique or one passage of your repertoire.
Have the music or exercise ready to sing when the lesson starts.
When to Book One
Before a gig or audition, a pre-performance warm-up with your teacher.
Between full lessons, a refresher on one exercise so you practise it the right way.
While you learn a song, a reinforcement session to make sure it’s heading in the right direction.
Micro Lessons and Full Lessons
A full lesson builds technique and repertoire across the whole session. Spread out between full lessons, Micro Lessons keep the work consistent from one lesson to the next, at a fraction of the cost. Most students use both.
Micro Lessons are part of FULL membership. Private lessons can be added separately through the Tuition Worksheet.
Who it’s for
Micro Lessons keep your training moving between full lessons: a warm-up before an audition, a fix for one stubborn phrase, or a way to stay in touch with your teacher in a month when a full lesson isn’t possible.
Why We Created Them
Students kept asking for the same thing: “I wish I could have my teacher there right before something important,” or “to help me remember what we were working on.” Micro Lessons are the answer.
Pricing
Around $50 per mini lesson. Scholarship codes and package discounts apply, just as they do for regular lessons. Current rates are in the Tuition Worksheet.
