Admissions for open classes and private voice lessons are determined through a VOCAL ASSESSMENT.  Students meet with the creative director to objectively test and ascertain their current technique, vocal strengths and weaknesses, ideal character profile or vocal genre, and then set specific technique and performance objectives relevant to the artist's ideal career path.  Please click HERE to setup a Vocal Assessment or call WVS administration Mon-Thurs between 10a and 6:30p at 646-473-0900.

Professional Development Workshop

Auditions for the Vocal Performance Classes (called Professional Development Workshops) are arranged either through the annual William Haralson Scholarship Competition (level determined by the applicant's final score) or through a private interview.  Please contact admissions to setup an interview or to learn more about the William Haralson Scholarship Competition, please click HERE.

Emerging Professionals Showcase
Auditions for the monthly PCC Emerging Professionals Showcase concert series can be scheduled through PCC administration.  We encourage all New York area performers to participate in these exciting concerts regardless of who they are studying with.  Please call 646-473-0900 for more information or to schedule an appointment.  Interested applicants may also email headshots/resumes to katrina@vocalstudios.com.  We will determine your current skill level and invite you to perform in specific concerts based on your ability.

PCC Productions and
The West Village Musical Theatre Festival

Actors interested in our professional productions (such as our full Off-Broadway premiere musical Bellevue Sketches and the upcoming Off-Broadway production of Lo) may contact administration regarding priority auditions.  All PCC students are given first audition priority for productions and (based on requisite level) are often guaranteed professional theatre opportunities that may not otherwise be available to them.  PCC administration keeps a detailed roster of all interested professional and aspiring actors, singers and dancers.  Please email katrina@vocalstudios.com to have your headshot/resume added to our database for future consideration.

Auditions for Broadway's Rejects^TM, the professional repertory musical theatre company of PCC will be held each spring beginning in 2011.  Please contact the administration for more information and to be considered for an audition, or email katrina@vocalstudios.com with "Broadway's Rejects" in the subject line.  Include a cover letter, headshot and resume.  PCC selects only unique performers that meet and surpass the top industry standards for singing, acting, dance and overall performance ability as well as exhibit selfless professionalism, an uncompromising optimism and strong work ethic.
